About Neil Hafer

Since starting his career nearly two decades ago, Neil Hafer has earned
positions of increasing responsibility with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the largest
automobile rental company in North America. Mr. Hafer earned his Bachelor of
Science in 1992 from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he
studied economics.

Not long after graduating, Enterprise offered him a position in Los Angeles,
which he accepted. Over the next 10 years, Neil Hafer worked tirelessly for the
East San Fernando Valley/San Gabriel division of Enterprise, developing his
management skills. The company named him Regional Vice President of the East
Tennessee division in 2002. Over the next four years, he addressed personnel and
hiring, fleet management, profit and loss, and daily operations. During Neil
Hafer’s tenure in East Tennessee, he doubled the profit margin in his region.

Enterprise next appointed Neil Hafer as Vice President and General Manager in
Puerto Rico. In this role, he expanded the company’s presence into an untried
territory. With a regional headquarters in the capital of San Juan, Neil Hafer
leased various branch locations and built a fleet of more than 1,700 Enterprise
cars and trucks in under three years.

For his performance in San Juan, Enterprise promoted Neil Hafer to Vice
President and General Manager of the Utah and Southern Idaho division in 2009.
He relocated to Salt Lake City, where he continues to work for Enterprise today.
Mr. Hafer serves on the board for the Crimson Club, which supports the athletics
programs at the University of Utah. He also sits on the board of directors for
the United Way of Salt Lake and the board of trustees for Christ United
Methodist Church. He lives with his wife and twin daughters in the Salt Lake
City area.
